We are currently seeking a highly skilled Consultant Hand Surgeon to join the Advanced Orthopedic Center, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional orthopedic care. In this role, you will deliver specialized hand and upper extremity surgical services to a diverse patient population.
As a Consultant Hand Surgeon at the Advanced Orthopedic Center, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of hand conditions, including traumatic injuries, degenerative diseases, and congenital deformities. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored treatment plans, perform complex surgical procedures, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes for patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with hand and upper extremity conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, including surgical and non-surgical options.
- Perform advanced surgical procedures to correct hand and wrist disorders.
- Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in continuing education and stay current with advancements in hand surgery techniques and technologies.
- Medical degree (MD or DO) and a valid medical license for practice.
- Completion of a residency in Orthopedic Surgery and a fellowship in Hand Surgery.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating a wide variety of hand conditions.
- Proficient in performing complex hand surgical procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage a busy caseload.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on the latest advancements in the field of hand surgery.
