Requirements- Medical degree (MD or DO) with a specialization in Plastic Surgery
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery
- Demonstrated proficiency in advanced surgical techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to guide and support patients through their decision-making process
- A team-oriented mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment
- Dedication to patient care, safety, and continuous improvement of surgical practices
