Consultant Plastic Surgeon; Arabic Speaker – Qatar

We are seeking an experienced, board‑certified Plastic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver a full range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures, with strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Arabic language proficiency is essential to support patient engagement and enhance service quality.

• Perform a wide spectrum of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, treatment planning, and follow‑up care.
• Ensure high standards of surgical safety, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with dermatology, ENT, maxillofacial, and other specialties as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Participate in service development, quality improvement, and clinical governance activities.

• Board certification in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5–7 years post‑qualification experience in a reputable hospital or surgical center.
• Proven expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.
• Arabic fluency required;
  English proficiency preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to patient‑centered care.
• Eligibility for licensing with the Qatar Ministry of Public Health.

• Experience in advanced aesthetic procedures (face, breast, body contouring).
• Familiarity with minimally invasive techniques and laser‑based treatments.
• Ability to manage complex reconstructive cases.
