Consultant PICU or Consultant Urgent Care

We are seeking an experienced Consultant PICU / Consultant Urgent Care Physician to join a prestigious healthcare organization in Dubai.

• Provide consultant-level assessment and management of critically ill and acutely unwell pediatric patients
  .
• Lead the stabilization and management of patients with respiratory failure, sepsis, shock, trauma, and other complex acute conditions
  .
• Manage patients requiring advanced monitoring and critical care support.
• Perform and oversee appropriate emergency and critical care procedures.
• Coordinate patient transfers, referrals, and escalation of care when required.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and participate in clinical decision-making.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to junior doctors and medical staff.
• Communicate effectively with parents and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, patient safety, and service development initiatives.
• Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development programmes.
• Work closely with Pediatrics, Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, Surgery, and other specialist teams
