Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage clinical laboratory services including hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and immunology
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of diagnostic test results
- Interpret laboratory findings and provide clinical consultation to physicians
- Implement and monitor quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) programs
- Ensure compliance with international accreditation standards (JCI, CAP, ISO)
- Supervise laboratory staff, including technologists and technicians
- Participate in infection control, transfusion medicine, and clinical governance programs
