Trainer​/Instructor; Real Estate Academy

We are looking for a passionate and engaging Trainer to join our Real Estate Academy in Dubai. We are seeking an energetic Trainer with a passion for teaching and helping others grow. You don't have to come from the real estate industry – what matters most is your experience in adult learning, your ability to communicate clearly, and your talent for inspiring people.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys public speaking, building connections, and seeing real progress in their students.

• Conduct in-person training sessions for both new and experienced real estate brokers
• Deliver courses based on existing training materials and adapt content to audience needs
• Develop and update training programs and materials when necessary
• Provide feedback and individual support to trainees
• Monitor performance and progress of students throughout the training period
• Collaborate with management and senior brokers to ensure training quality and relevance

• Proven experience in training, coaching, or adult education (any industry)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to motivate and inspire learners
• Fluent English; knowledge of any additional language will be an advantage
• Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others succeed
