The ELL Teacher will support English Language Learners (ELL) in developing academic language proficiency to succeed in the British curriculum, in alignment with GEMS School of Research and Innovation’s (SRI) multilingual, research‑based, and globally connected approach. Utilizing cutting‑edge digital language tools, interactive learning platforms, and structured intervention programmes, they will provide targeted instruction and differentiated support. The role involves close collaboration with classroom teachers, the Inclusion team, and leadership to integrate language development across subjects.

Additionally, they will engage with parents and external specialists to ensure a holistic, future‑focused language learning experience.
