Key Responsibilities
* Develop individualized education plans tailored to student needs.
* Adapt lessons to accommodate diverse learning abilities.
* Collaborate with regular teachers to ensure inclusive classrooms.
* Communicate progress and concerns with parents regularly.
* Monitor academic and social growth of special-needs students.
* Provide one-on-one support when required for learners.
* Maintain records of student performance and progress.
