SummaryWe are looking for an Early Years Homeroom Teacher to join our team in August 2026. The primary homeroom teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young students. Leadership roles may be available for the right candidate, based on performance and experience.
Job Responsibility- Develop lesson plans and deliver engaging instruction to students in various subjects.
- Monitor and assess student progress to provide feedback and support their academic development.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel safe and motivated to learn.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to share student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in education.
- Bachelor's degree and/or PGCE in a related field.
- Teaching qualification essential.
- Previous experience working with primary school students.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
