Job description
We are looking for Head of Training Institute for Telecomm Sector in UAE we are seeking an experienced and
visionary leader to oversee the development delivery and evaluation of telecommunications training
programs in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the institutes growth
strategic direction and excellence in providing high quality training services to industry professionals.
He must have knowledge of KHDA Inspection NCRs etc. and other statutory compliance.

Budgeting and Resource Management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Masters Degree in a relevant field (Telecommunications Education Business Administration or related field). Ph.D is preferable.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry with a focus on training
education or professional development.
Proven track record of leading training initiatives programs or departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with industry stakeholders.
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting resource management and business
development.
Knowledge of industry standards regulations and laws relevant to the telecommunications sector in the UAE.
Experience with learning management systems virtual classrooms and other digital tools.
Certifications such as ITIL PMP or Six Sigma are desirable.
Preferred
Skills:
Experience working with a training institute or organization in the UAE or internationally.
Fluency in multiple languages including Arabic English and one other language spoken in the UAE.
Experience with online training platforms and elearning solutions.
Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles.
