Job DescriptionIn this role you will teach the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), applying innovative approaches such as gamification, robotics, AI, and VR/AR to support a personalised and engaging curriculum. You will work closely with pupils, parents, and colleagues to foster a positive learning environment, while continuously reflecting on your practice to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Skills- Hold a BEd or Bachelor's degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Masters or equivalent qualification is desirable
- Proven experience teaching EYFS
- Willingness to collaborate and share outstanding practice
- Growth mindset, reflective and solution‑focused
- Creative and enthusiastic teaching style
- Excellent interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students and parents
- Proven track record of outstanding learning & teaching
