You will be providing personalised and specialist support on a 1:1 and small‑group basis with primary students.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• experience of providing core subject support to primary aged students
• experience of supporting students with special educational needs or learning difficulties through the planning and delivery of small group and 1:1 intervention sessions
• experience of supporting students with specific learning difficulties including dyslexia and dyscalculia, as well as ADHD
• previous and relevant experience of working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or primary teacher
• experience of delivering a variety of specialist SEND interventions e.g. SNIP and Nessy
• previous experience of working within the British curriculum across primary level
• relevant qualifications including specialist SEND qualifications and training
• a secure knowledge of online teaching platforms including MS Teams, Zoom and Seesaw
• outstanding communication skills
• ability to manage time effectively to ensure all administrative tasks are completed
• drive for continuous professional development and further training
• a good rapport with young people
• a genuine passion for education
• excellent interpersonal skills
• a friendly, honest and professional manner
• strong English skills – spoken and written
