Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in education or a Degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) in the relevant subject area
- A minimum of 3 years teaching experience (preferred)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience teaching the IB is desirable but not essential
- A passion for education and a commitment to nurturing each student’s potential
- A strong understanding of best practices, current pedagogy, and technology-enhanced learning
