Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu; BJJ Trainer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu (BJJ) Trainer based in Dubai, UAE. The BJJ Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating customized workout plans, and instructing students of all skill levels in Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu techniques. The Trainer will also focus on fostering a positive and encouraging learning environment while ensuring the safety of all participants.

Additional duties may include organizing workshops, participating in promotional events, and supporting client fitness goals.

• Expertise in Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu techniques, with a strong foundation in grappling, self‑defense, and martial arts philosophy
• Experience in fitness training, demonstrating knowledge of physical conditioning, strength building, and injury prevention
• Capability to structure and lead customized training programs for individuals and groups
• Excellent teaching, communication, and people skills with a commitment to motivating and inspiring students
• Certification in Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, preferably black belt level, with experience in competitions or instructional roles
• Understanding of health and safety measures applicable to physical training and fitness
• A passion for fitness education and promoting an active lifestyle
• Ability to collaborate within a team and adaptability to an international work environment
• Previous experience in coaching or a related field is an advantage
