Skills & Qualifications- BEd or a relevant degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent)
- Proven experience teaching English to KS3
- Exemplary teaching practice and passion for continuous improvement

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
- Track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
