Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and committed Business Economics Teacher with at least 4 years of teaching experience in IB, A‑Level, or AP curricula. This full‑time, permanent role involves delivering high‑quality instruction in Business Economics. You must have excellent communication skills (proficient in English) to inspire and engage students across diverse cultural contexts.

• Design and deliver comprehensive, curriculum‑aligned lessons in Business Economics within IB, A‑Level, and/or AP frameworks.
• Employ engaging, inquiry‑based learning strategies that foster critical thinking, real‑world application, and academic excellence in students.
• Create and utilize varied assessment methods formative and summative including case studies, projects, and research‑based internal assessments (especially for IB)
• Track and evaluate student progress, providing individualized, constructive feedback to support growth and achievement
• Integrate real‑world examples, business simulations, and ethical considerations to enhance lesson relevance and student engagement
• Collaborate with faculty on curriculum planning, interdisciplinary initiatives, and educational enhancements
• Participate actively in parent‑teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and community outreach
• Stay current with educational best practices and developments in your field through ongoing professional development opportunities

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics
  , or a closely related field.
• A recognized teaching qualification, such as B.Ed., PGCE, PGDE
  , or equivalent.
• Experience teaching IB, IGCSE & American curriculum to Grade 10,11 & 12
• Minimum 4 years of proven teaching experience in IB, A‑Level, and/or AP Business Economics classes.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
• Strong classroom management, interpersonal, and collaborative abilities.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for innovation, ethical business education, and student‑centred instruction
