Skills & Qualifications- Embody and role‑model our core values of Grow, Flourish, and Mindfulness
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood or Primary) or a relevant degree with PGCE, PGDE, or equivalent qualification
- Experience teaching in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), following the National Curriculum for England
- Demonstrate exemplary teaching practice and a passion for continuous improvement
- Bring a creative and enthusiastic approach to both classroom and wider school life
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with colleagues, students, and parents
- Have a proven track record of delivering outstanding learning and teaching
- Be eager to make a positive contribution to our school community through active engagement in extra‑curricular and community‑based initiatives
