Career Counselor

We are a leading educational institution in Dubai, committed to empowering students with the right knowledge, skills, and guidance to achieve their academic and career aspirations. We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team and support our learners in discovering their potential and making informed career decisions.

• Provide one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students on academic pathways, subject selections, and career opportunities.

• Support students in preparing for higher education admissions (UAE and international universities).

• Conduct career guidance workshops, seminars, and assessments for students and parents.

• Assist in organizing university fairs, guest lectures, and internship/placement opportunities.

• Collaborate with teaching staff to align counseling with students’ academic strengths and goals.

• Maintain updated knowledge on university admission requirements, scholarships, and global education trends.

• Offer personal development and soft skills training (e.g., communication, time management, study skills).

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or related field.

• Minimum 2years of experience as a Career Counselor in UAE

• Strong knowledge of global university application processes (UAE, UK, USA, Canada, India, and others).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Certifications in career counseling/psychometric testing will be an added advantage.
