We are seeking an exceptional academic leader to join our corporate team as theCorporate Head of Academics, responsible for shaping and driving the educational strategy across all our schools.
Provide strategic academic leadership across all schools under the group, ensuring alignment with the Group’s vision, mission, and regulatory frameworks.
Oversee curriculum development, academic policies, teaching and learning standards, and assessment frameworks across UK and CBSE curriculum schools.
Drive school improvement initiatives based on internal data analysis, inspection frameworks, and international benchmarks.
Lead the development and implementation of academic audits, reviews, and professional development programs to ensure high-impact teaching.
Collaborate with Principals, Phase Heads of Schools, and Heads of Departments to embed best practices and monitor student progress and attainment.
Support new school setups and accreditations by designing academic structures and curriculum frameworks.
Analyze academic performance data to inform decision-making and ensure accountability.
Represent the organization in academic forums and regulatory inspections.
Master’s Degree or higher in Education or a related field (Doctorate , NPQH preferred).
Minimum 10 years of academic leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a school group or regulatory body.
Proven track record of driving academic excellence and raising attainment across multiple schools.
Strong knowledge of British, Indian (CBSE), curriculum frameworks and UAE regulatory requirements.
Experience in school improvement planning, assessments, curriculum innovation, and academic audits.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
Ability to influence and lead across diverse educational settings.
