Dubai British School Emirates Hills (DBS EH) is seeking an energetic, strategic, and inspirational Assistant Head of Secondary for Innovation and Partnerships to join our Secondary Senior Leadership Team.

As Assistant Head for Innovation & Partnerships, you will lead strategic initiatives which expand student opportunities, strengthen curriculum connectedness, and grow the school’s partnerships within our community and beyond, with other schools, universities, and industry. You will champion our Big 3 focus areas (Agency, Challenge and Enquiry) and the DBS EH Student Assets through innovative learning experiences, interdisciplinary enquiry, enhanced community and industry engagement, and lead other projects that develop student agency and leadership.
You will support transition pathways, coordinate high-impact events, deliver staff development focused on innovation and represent the school in external forums, inspections and accreditation processes.

Who Are We Looking For?An emotionally intelligent, internationally minded, and resilient leader who:
- Has at least 3 years of middle or senior leadership experience in secondary education, including leading innovation, curriculum development, or outward-facing initiatives.

- Is a strategic and imaginative thinker with a proven track record of designing and leading impactful initiatives that enhance student opportunities.

- Leads with optimism, resilience, and a calm, solution‑focused mindset

Experience in Dubai or similar international contexts.
Higher qualifications (e.g. Master’s, NPQSL).
Familiarity with DSIB, BSO or similar inspections.
