Dubai British School Emirates Hills (DBS EH) is seeking an energetic, strategic, and inspirational Assistant Head of Secondary for Academic Growth to join our Secondary Senior Leadership Team.

As Assistant Head for Academic Growth, you will lead teaching, learning and assessment across the Secondary School. You will coach Heads of Faculty, drive high‑quality curriculum and assessment practices, and ensure robust progress tracking and interventions. You will lead the implementation of our Big 3 focus areas (Agency, Challenge and Enquiry) and the DBS EH Student Assets, drive QA and data‑driven improvement, coordinate internal/external assessments, and support staff professional growth and development.
You will play a key role in school improvement planning, inspections and maintaining consistently high academic standards across all faculties.
