Year 6- Section Head

British Curriculum School in Dubai is looking for an experienced Year 6 Section Leader to help lead the section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Year 6 team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across the curriculum.
• Oversee the planning, assessment, and tracking of student progress in Year 6.
• Mentor and support colleagues, providing guidance and leadership in day-to-day teaching and school activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement school policies and drive improvements within the Year 6 phase.
• Work with parents and carers to ensure clear communication regarding student progress, welfare, and school events.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, ideally within a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of teachers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Immediate joiners with Own Visa is preferred
