Role DescriptionWe are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketing Executive to take ownership of our paid media strategy. In this role, you will work closely with our Commercial Director to drive growth, manage ad spend, and execute high-impact campaigns across digital channels and aggregator platforms.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Management
- Take full ownership of running, monitoring, and optimizing digital ads across all relevant platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Manage the day-to-day budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and copy to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate directly with the Commercial Director to conceptualize and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Develop and manage the quarterly marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and seasonal trends.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and come up with innovative campaign ideas to acquire new customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all third-party aggregators.
- Develop specific marketing calendars and PPC campaign plans for each aggregator platform to maximize visibility and sales.
- Negotiate placements and coordinate promotional activities with aggregator account managers.
- Coordinate with the design team to brief creatives, manage approvals, and ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and performance best practices.
- Liaise with external media agencies and PR teams to ensure seamless execution of broader brand campaigns.
- Track key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and report findings to the Commercial Director on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to adjust strategies in real-time.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
- Technical
Skills:
Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Experience with aggregator platforms (e.g., Talabat, Noon, Careem, Amazon, etc.) is a plus. - Analytical Mindset: Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and the ability to interpret data to make logical decisions.
- Communication: Excellent organizational skills to coordinate between the Commercial Director, design teams, and external partners.
- Creativity: Ability to analyze compelling ad copy and provide creative direction for high-converting visuals.
- You are a bridge-builder: You can seamlessly coordinate between the Commercial Director, designers, and external partners to ensure campaigns launch on time, every time.
- You are data-obsessed but creative: You feel just as comfortable analyzing ROAS in a spreadsheet as you do brainstorming a new ad angle with the design team.
