Position Overview Leams Education in Dubai is hiring an English Coordinator for its CBSE school. The role is designed for experienced educators with strong leadership capabilities and in-depth knowledge of KHDA guidelines and CBSE academic standards. The English Coordinator will oversee curriculum planning, mentor teachers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality English education aligned with the school’s academic goals.

Any Job Type: Full-time  Core Duties    Lead and coordinate the English department to maintain excellence in teaching standards   Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum plans aligned with CBSE and KHDA requirements   Mentor and support teachers to enhance instructional strategies and professional growth   Evaluate student progress and guide instructional improvements   Collaborate with school leadership to align departmental objectives with whole-school vision   Stay updated on global educational trends and integrate best practices into the curriculum  Candidate Requirements    Master’s degree in English plus Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
