• Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
• The ability to share your outstanding practice
• Interested in career growth, leadership, sustainability
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents

• Bring enthusiasm and innovation both inside and outside the classroom.
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with students, parents and colleagues.
• Have a track record of providing outstanding teaching and learning.
• Show aspiration to build a career in a world‑class school with strong prospects for professional growth.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community through extra‑curricular activities and events.
