We are looking to hire a Behavioural Support Leadto join our team effective Immediately February 2026 - AY 25-26.
- To Support Heads of Year on a day-to-day basis with pastoral and behaviour issues as they arise.
- To help facilitate the highest quality support for the students.
- To deal with social and emotional needs of the students.
- Promote safeguarding and students' wellbeing.
- To support the fulfillment of the school's vision:
To turn today’s children into happy, responsible, academically well-educated, globally thinking and ethical adults of tomorrow.
Skills- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Able to build strong relationships with students and gain their trust.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel.
- Knowledge of counselling theories, techniques, and practices related to social and emotional development.
