Job Description
We are looking to hire a Behavioural Support Lead to join our team effective immediately February 2026 – AY 25-26.
Responsibilities- Support Heads of Year on a day‑to‑day basis with pastoral and behaviour issues as they arise.
- Help facilitate the highest quality support for the students.
- Deal with social and emotional needs of the students.
- Promote safeguarding and students' wellbeing.
- Support the fulfillment of the school's vision.
To turn today’s children into happy, responsible, academically well‑educated, globally thinking and ethical adults of tomorrow.
Qualifications- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Able to build strong relationships with students and gain their trust.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations and school personnel.
- Knowledge of counselling theories, techniques, and practices related to social and emotional development.
