The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising students in the absence of their regular teachers, ensuring that the curriculum is delivered effectively by maintaining a positive learning environment. This role is pivotal in supporting the school's mission to provide high-quality education and uphold the standards of excellence for which the school is known.

Teachers, Students, Parents, Principal and other members of the school management team as well as External suppliers and Standard Agencies

• Supervise classes across the secondary school in the absence of the regular teacher.
  Ensure students remain on task by managing classroom behaviour and following the school's behaviour policy.
• Deliver lessons pre-prepared by the regular teacher and provide support to students as they complete set tasks.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Provide feedback to the regular teacher on student progress and behaviour during their absence .
• Uphold the school’s values and ethos, promoting a culture of respect and continuous improvement.
