This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai for English Trainers and Math Trainers. The daily responsibilities for English Trainers include designing and delivering English language sessions for various courses such as business English, academic English, and test preparation. Math Trainers will focus on creating and teaching lessons for test preparations like GMAT, GRE, SAT, and related coaching programs. Trainers will assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt lesson plans as necessary to meet individual student needs.

Additionally, collaboration with fellow trainers and active participation in curriculum development will be expected.

• Proficiency in English Teaching and Language Teaching to deliver tailored sessions effectively.
• Strong foundational and advanced skills in Teaching and Education to address diverse student needs.
• Excellent Writing skills for preparing engaging lesson plans and student materials.
• Ability to provide interactive and effective training to individual students and groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• TEFL/TESOL certification for English Trainers or equivalent accreditation as preferred.
• Experience in preparing students for international exams like IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, etc., is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with adaptability for working in a multicultural environment.
