Trainer - Alpine Race

JOB TITLE

Alpine Race Trainer | MAF Entertainment | Snow Dome

To teach, train and coach in the different programs of Ski Academy to provide the maximum quality standards. Provide program planning and leadership for the continual improvement of freestyle skiing programs for all ages.

• Scheduling the different Freestyle programs with a detailed plan about the programs.
• Support and manage all age group coaches to ensure a consistent theme and skills progression.
• Responsible for overall direction, coordination and running of Freestyles events.
• Responsible for creating and maintaining specific equipment budget.
• To conduct Private & group lessons at all levels, from first time on snow to performance within the confines of current qualification ensuring high standard of customer service.
• To participate in instructor training and development program and assist in providing training for new joiners.
• To be responsible for all guests during lessons, from the time they leave the Ski Academy meeting point till they come back.

• High Qualified ski instructor.
• ISIA certificate is a plus.
• Customer service oriented Interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility in terms of working hours.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
