We’re looking for standout Emirati students to join our award-winning ambassador programme launching this October in the UAE, supporting the next generation of Emirati leaders.

You’ll connect with major employers, build in-demand skills, and gain early career experience, all while studying  programme is flexible, impactful, and completely free to be part of.

You must be:

• Emirati national
• A current undergraduate student during the 2025/26 academic year at a UAE university

This Autumn, we’re proud to launch Wiser Academy UAE, a tailored initiative supporting nationalisation and Emiratisation goals by empowering the most promising local student talent.

Applications open April 2026. We have already had strong interest from students, and applications will be rolling with limited places. Applicants will complete a short application followed by a virtual 10-minute interview with one of the Wiser team.
