Exciting position as a Tailor at our prestigious Technical Training Center in Dubai! About the Opportunity:

a leading institute dedicated to training skilled professionals in the fashion industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Tailor to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital in delivering high-quality tailoring instruction to our students. You will be responsible for demonstrating sewing techniques, guiding students through garment construction processes, and ensuring they develop the necessary skills to excel in the tailoring industry.

• Develop and deliver engaging and practical tailoring workshops for students of varying skill levels.
• Demonstrate a wide range of tailoring techniques, including fabric selection, cutting, fitting, and finishing.
• Provide personalized instruction and feedback to students, helping them identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a safe and organized learning environment within the tailoring workshop.
• Assist with the development and upkeep of the tailoring curriculum.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest tailoring trends and techniques, incorporating them into the curriculum.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment for students.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Training Manager.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working as a professional tailor in a reputable tailoring establishment.
• Proven experience in teaching or mentoring others in a technical skill setting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of all aspects of garment construction, including fabric selection, pattern making, sewing techniques, and finishing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tailoring concepts clearly and concisely.
• Patience and a genuine passion for helping others learn and succeed.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English (essential) and Arabic (highly desirable).
