Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, PGCE, or equivalent
  • Extensive experience with the British curriculum
  • KHDA inspection experience (essential)
  • Proven track record of strong outcomes at KS3 and KS4
  • Previous Head of Year / Head of Department experience

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
