• Bachelor’s degree in Education, PGCE, or equivalent
• Extensive experience with the British curriculum
• KHDA inspection experience (essential)
• Proven track record of strong outcomes at KS3 and KS4
• Previous Head of Year / Head of Department experience

• Deep understanding of teaching and learning, curriculum development, and driving student outcomes
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team of secondary educators
• Data-driven approach to monitoring and improving academic performance
• Commitment to collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
• Experience in managing curriculum delivery, assessment, and quality assurance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Dedication to upholding the highest standards of teaching, professionalism, and pastoral care
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and school inspection frameworks in Dubai
• Passion for creating a positive, inclusive school culture that supports all learners
