Job Overview
The Arbor School seeks a special individual for an exciting opportunity that has arisen within our school. The successful candidate will play a key role in fulfilling the school’s ecological and sustainability vision, as well as challenging students to fulfil their potential within the academic disciplines. The Arbor School is looking for a highly motivated Arabic Teacher in Early Years to join the growing Arabic and Islamic Studies program.

The role is to teach Early Years students key aspects of the Arabic curriculum and demonstrate excellent pedagogical knowledge and skills. You should have strong communication skills in English and be able to work with a range of students from beginners to those needing to be stretched. The successful candidate will be proficient and experienced in teaching Arabic A & B in Early Years or Primary.

RequiredCandidate Profile
- First‑language Arabic speaker.
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language with a teaching license/MOE or KHDA approval, or equivalent.
- Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus.
- KHDA approval to teach Arabic.
- Minimum of one year’s experience teaching Arabic in an Early Years setting.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Experience in inquiry/ecological‑based learning is a plus.
- A track record of outstanding teaching and learning, and the ability to create a caring and nurturing classroom environment.
