• Implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Provide nurturing and responsive care, ensuring each child's needs are met with patience and understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's progress and overall well-being.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

• Cache L3 qualification or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians.
• Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.
