Enrollment Counselor

- Engage prospective families through calls, written communication and in-person meetings to explain iCademy programs
- Support parents throughout the entire enrollment process from enquiry stage to student onboarding
- Manage fee collection and assist with payment and inquiries
- Support community events and activities
- Ensure timely collection of all compliance documentations
- Coordinate academic course placement
- Perform additional enrollment and administrative tasks as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in enrolment, sales, or a customer-facing role, ideally in an education or service-oriented setting. Candidates with proven sales experience and a track record of meeting targets to drive student enrolments are highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with customer information systems
- Experience in a fast-paced business or educational environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
- Experience with Salesforce and Power School platforms
- Familiarity with IB and American curricula
- Experience in the international education sector
