. We are looking for an Off-Page / PR Growth Specialist to lead PR‑driven growth initiatives that strengthen our authority, visibility, and credibility across external channels.
This role sits within the Product-Led Growth function and reports directly to the Product-Led Growth Director. The focus is strongly weighted toward PR, earned media, market perception, audience engagement, and authority building
, with SEO acting as the framework through which impact is measured.
The ideal candidate brings a strong PR / communications mindset
, understands how narratives spread across digital ecosystems, and can translate perception, engagement, and earned visibility into sustainable organic growth.
- Own and execute PR‑led off‑page growth initiatives that strengthen brand authority and organic visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, publishers, editors, bloggers, and authoritative platforms
- Lead outreach efforts to secure earned media coverage, authoritative mentions, and citations
- Identify and convert unlinked brand mentions into trust and authority signals
- Support ethical citation and reference opportunities on platforms such as Wikipedia
, strictly following editorial standards, and knows in depth how to power the entity on the web
- Monitor and analyse market perception
, brand sentiment, and narrative positioning across digital channels - Conduct social listening and external signal monitoring to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging conversations
- Identify how audiences talk about the brand, products, and categories— and translate insights into PR and growth opportunities
- Proactively shape narratives that reinforce trust, expertise, and authority in priority markets
- Engage authentically with high‑signal communities (e.g. Reddit, forums, industry platforms) to build credibility and organic advocacy
- Identify for audience engagement that naturally lead to brand mentions and citations
- Support community‑driven references and discussions without promotional or spammy behaviour
- Translate PR, engagement, and perception efforts into measurable SEO and growth outcomes
- Collaborate with Content and Technical SEO teams to align external authority signals with priority pages and themes
- Monitor authority growth, external signal quality, competitive positioning, and brand mentions using SEO and analytics tools
- Support backlink audits and quality assessments in partnership with SEO stakeholders
- Connect PR activities to measurable growth signals (authority, visibility, demand capture, engagement)
- Evaluate which external signals (mentions, narratives, communities, publishers) drive meaningful organic impact
