From September 2026, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding A Level Physical Education. The successful candidate will work in an exceptional department which is both extremely popular and effective. In 2025 the results in GCSE were outstanding, with 100% of students receiving 9-5 grades. At A-Level, the results were equally impressive with 80% A*
- C.

From September 2026, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding Teacher of Physical Education to join the college. The successful candidate will have a strong background in teaching A Level Physical Education. The successful candidate will work in an exceptional department which is both extremely popular and effective. In 2025 the results in GCSE were outstanding, with 100% of students receiving 9-5 grades.

For the right candidate there is potential to offer an additional responsibility allowance for leading on Post-16 A Level. The opportunities which PE presents for students are central to the philosophy of the school. As a result, this appointment is crucial to the continued development of Jumeirah College.

• A B.Ed. or degree and PGCE / PGDE or equivalent with exceptional subject knowledge.
• At least 2 years’ experience of the National Curriculum for England.
• Experience teaching A Level Physical Education. You should be a talented, highly motivated and well-qualified individual with a proven track record of outstanding learning and teaching. Have a full understanding of Anatomy Physiology and Exercise Physiology.
• A mindset which understands all students have the potential for top performance, and the drive and passion to enable them to do so.
• Experience which will enable a contribution to our enriched curriculum programme.
