The Main Event:What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own
- Create sleek, on-brand social media assets for agents using Canva
- Work closely with the marketing team and agents to support personal brand building
- Translate agent wins, listings, deals, and milestones into powerful visuals and posts
- Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and design best practices
- Assist in building content calendars and developing campaign concepts
- Adapt templates and designs for different platforms (Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all content
What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy
- 0–2 years of experience in social media, design, marketing, or a related field
- Strong Canva skills; basic knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus
- Good eye for design, layout, and typography
- Passion for social media and digital trends
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
- Experience creating content for real estate, sales, or personal brands
- Basic copywriting skills
- Understanding of analytics and performance tracking
