We're seeking a warm, emotionally steady Waldorf-trained teacher who can confidently care for our young children and create a sense of home, rhythm, and security, even while travelling.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves early childhood, understands development deeply, and can solo-manage two young children with calm authority, kindness, and clear boundaries.

• Brings warmth, presence, and emotional steadiness
• Is confident caring for toddlers and preschoolers independently
• Creates strong daily rhythms, rituals, and transitions, even in changing locations
• Loves storytelling, singing, verses, crafts, and imaginative play
• Values nature, movement, and screen-free days
• Is highly safety-aware

• Can work in close partnership with parents

• Is discreet, professional, and comfortable in a high-privacy household

• Teaching qualification + solid early-years experience
• Practical Waldorf training (not just theory)

• Non-smoker, no drugs, high personal integrity
