The faculty member will be responsible for providing students with professional expertise in teaching, assessing student work, academic advising, participating in administrative and committee activities, professional service, and community engagement.

• Ph.D. in Public Relations or a related field from:
  • An accredited university in the United States
  • A recognized university accredited by an American accreditation body
• Applicants must have completed a Master’s degree from an internationally accredited university by the time of recruitment.
• Minimum 18 credit hours of graduate studies in the required field.
• WES equivalency required if the degree was not issued in the United States.
• Publications:
  Minimum of three (3) Scopus‑indexed articles or five (5) peer‑reviewed articles in the past five years.
• UAE Ministry of Education equivalency required.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or professional experience in an internationally accredited university.
• Proven record of excellence in baccalaureate and graduate program teaching.
• Experience in higher education or teaching at an accredited university in the United States is preferred.

• Curriculum development and review.
• Record of professional accomplishment including peer‑reviewed publications.
• Active research program and interest in collaboration with other faculty.
• Ability to integrate web‑based and digital technologies in teaching.
• Willingness to provide service to the University and College.
• Excellent proficiency and communication skills in English for teaching English‑medium courses.

• Instructional Delivery - Deliver research‑ and practice‑driven teaching.
• Adapt to the latest pedagogical techniques that stimulate student inquiry.
• Facilitate skill and competency development through engaging teaching methods and appropriate assessments.
• Instructional Management - Effectively manage instructional processes to ensure quality learning outcomes.
• Assessment and Evaluation - Evaluate student performance and grading fairly and transparently; provide clear assessment criteria aligned with course content and learning outcomes; set expectations for students and avoid cognitive bias.
• Curriculum Development and Review - Contribute to regular curriculum review and enhancement.

• Ensure currency and relevance of theories and practices.
• Maintain intellectual rigor appropriate to the program level.
