Corporate Trainer

This is a part time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Corporate Trainer, your daily responsibilities will include designing and delivering training programs tailored to the needs of employees, developing learning materials, and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. You will work closely with management to identify training needs, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and support professional development across various departments.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with a proven ability to deliver engaging training sessions
• Instructional design, curriculum development, and content creation expertise
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse teams
• Proficiency in using technology and software for virtual and in-person training
• Strong organizational and project management skills for managing multiple training programs
• Flexibility to adapt training methods to meet the needs of participants and promote learning effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field
• Certifications in training or professional development (e.g., CPTM, ATD Certified Professional) are a plus
• Experience in corporate training, coaching, or a similar role within a professional environment
