The Head of Maths will lead the mathematics department to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, ensuring strong academic achievement and numeracy development across the school.

• Lead curriculum planning and development for Mathematics
• Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all key stages
• Monitor and improve student progress and attainment
• Lead departmental staff development and performance management
• Implement effective assessment and tracking systems
• Promote numeracy across the whole school
• Develop enrichment activities (competitions, clubs, events)
• Manage departmental resources and budgets
• Maintain high standards of behaviour, inclusion and wellbeing
• Support school improvement strategies

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or related field
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience
• Leadership or coordination experience preferred
• Experience in international or British curriculum schools (preferred)
• Strong analytical, leadership and organisational skills
