team in a contractor capacity. Currently, we're seeking a candidate

Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager / Measurement
Specialist to lead data-driven marketing initiatives for a leading
corporate brand. The role focuses on optimizing campaign performance,
developing measurement frameworks, and delivering actionable insights
that drive business growth.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid, social, and
search channels.
Define KPIs and build performance dashboards to track ROI.
Analyze campaign data to optimize targeting, creative, and spend.
Manage A/B tests and conversion tracking to improve results.
Oversee agencies and ensure accurate tagging and reporting.
Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
5–6 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or
performance marketing.
Proven experience in campaign optimization and ROI improvement.
Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Ads, Meta, and programmatic platforms.
Advanced analytical and reporting skills.
Experience managing agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in performance-driven B2B or service industry marketing.
Certifications in Google Marketing Platform, Meta Blueprint, or related tools.
Familiarity with attribution models, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
Experience working on regional or multinational campaigns across GCC markets
