Assistant Head – Ed Technology & Business

Due to the continued success of GEMS Metropole School Al Waha, we are seeking an exceptional Assistant Head – Educational Technology & Business to join our Senior Leadership Team from August 2026.

• Hold expertise in educational technology, AI, and business education
• Possess a BEd or Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent
• Demonstrate proven experience teaching GCSE and A‑Level Business or related subjects
• Share and implement exemplary teaching and leadership practices
• Bring creativity, innovation, and enthusiasm to teaching, curriculum design, and school leadership
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents
• Have a track record of driving outstanding learning outcomes and integrating technology into the curriculum
• Be committed to contributing positively to the wider school community through extra‑curricular initiatives and events
