- Work alongside class teacher to identify ‘at risk’ students and those performing below the expected level.
- Alongside the class teacher and parents, develop programmes to meet the academic needs of identified students.
- Provide support for identified students either in class or in a withdrawal programme
- Assist the class teacher to monitor student progress. § Assist with carrying out educational assessments for targeted students.
