• Qualified teachers with a Bachelor’s Degree and PGCE or equivalent in Early Years or Primary Education
• Proven ability to deliver inspiring, accessible and engaging lessons
• Experience with the National Curriculum for England & Wales, Scottish Curriculum for Excellence, or IB PYP
• Strong data analysis skills to support personalised learning and progress tracking
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a positive, solution‑focused mindset

• Tax‑free salary: £24‑36,000 per annum (based on experience)
