About the role

The facilities coordinator contributes to creating a functional, comfortable, and compliant workspace while efficiently managing resources and costs thereby ensuring smooth operations of the building.

About you

Able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment, to be considered for this position, you must have:

  • Degree in Business Administration, facility/project management or related field
  • Detailed Knowledge of the relevant aspects of the National Curriculum for England, UK and IBDP
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Computer Literacy: an effective user of ICT, in particular Microsoft Office:
    Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Motivation, curiosity and intellect to glean and understand key information about the Company’s activity and commercial intentions
  • Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Inter-personal skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks, use time effectively and work to tight schedules
  • Should be self-driven and confident
  • Should have a positive personality with lots of energy
  • Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise, you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
