Overview
At GEMS Wellington International School, our vision is to ensure that all of our students are beacons of social responsibility, empowered by a co-constructed, pioneering and authentic learning experience. We are seeking exceptional Primary (EYFS) Teachers who are willing to uphold our values of integrity, empathy and fortitude, to join our established team for August 2026.

Most of our leaders are promoted from within the GEMS network, positioning GEMS teachers to advance their careers as we continue expansion within the UAE and around the world.

- Collaborate and share outstanding practice with colleagues
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment and school community
- Hold a BEd or a Bachelor’s degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
- Have proven experience of teaching at the primary level (EYFS)
- Be creative and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching
- Have a growth mindset, be reflective and solution-focused
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
- Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
- Aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for career progression
- Willingness to contribute to the school community through active engagement in extra-curricular activities and community-based events
Face-to-face interviews will take place in the UK between 20th–22nd February across four locations:
London, Manchester, Cardiff and Glasgow.
