How you will contribute:

• As an Instructional Design Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating, authoring and digitally enhancing technical training content on various HVAC‑R Product Pillars.
• Work with the manager to optimize training delivery by automating and creating E‑learning content for Engineers and Technicians.
• Use advanced digital authoring and AI Tools to develop engaging content that effectively fosters learning and development for those who are taking the courses.
• Work with subject matter experts to ensure the content is accurate and reflects the correct technical and engineering principles that the training should develop among the attendees.
• Ensure that training material content created adheres to the quality standards of Daikin and branding rules.
• Creatively use both artistic skills (graphic design) and multimedia authoring skills to deliver the latest instructional materials in an reflecting the new technology available today to engage and teach the attendees.
• Be proficient and experienced with AI and Digital authoring tools to be able to create compelling content and deliver the instructional materials within a specific timeline.
• Coordinate and work with Trainers and Trainees to continuously assess the content and instructional materials created and review further improvement requirements.
• Be able to manage tight timelines to deliver Instructional content and manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Promote and optimize the use of E‑Learning Instructional content to enable the trainers to focus on critical courses that really require face‑to‑face engagement.
• Deliver compelling multimedia content and improve the quality of Training Materials and the method of delivery.

What you need to succeed

• Skilled and Proficient with Multimedia Authoring and AI tools and have worked on developing Instructional Materials (Training content).
• Passionate in creating instructional content and training materials.
• Highly Creative and have a good flair of graphic design.
• Driven and have exceptional time management skills
• Exceptional communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Good Understanding of Learning Methodology and Instructional Content Development is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills
